ZYIA All-Star Bra Review

Updated: May 20, 2020

I don't know about you all, but I've spent my adult life ordering Victoria's Secret sports bras. It's not because I'm trying to feel sexier-- it's because they're the only bras I'd been able to find that could hold these girls in, while not making me (and my entire class) feel uncomfortable during my, um, springier workouts.

I've never loved shopping for bras, and when I saw that ZYIA Activewear had a bra that was touted as "high-impact," I begrudgingly thought, "Okay, we'll see." But OH my goodness, you guys. The ZYIA All-star bra has replaced all other bras for my high-impact workouts, and it comes in a ton of great colors; ZYIA always knows how to help me out in my obsession to create perfectly matching workout gear.

Reasons I love the ZYIA All-Star bra, in no order of importance:

- It holds me up and in. Seriously, even in my plyometric workouts, it's there for me.

- It's cute, as seen above and below.

- It comes in SO MANY COLORS.

If I were to change one thing about this bra (and that's a big "if"), I might make the inside cups a little bit easier to remove. They can be a hassle to get in and out of the bra. Good news for the washing machine (no need to straighten them up after every wash,) but not so great if you just want to take them out or put them back in.

Otherwise, I love this because it rings true to size and honestly has enough support for high-impact exercise. If you're in between sizes, you can size up or down based on how much compression you want in the bra. This bra is good for:

  • High-impact workouts like kickboxing and crossfit

  • Running workouts

  • Lounging around in a lower-cut shirt (that mesh is <3<3<3)

Overall rating: 10/10 (I will be so upset if these are ever taken away from me)
